This page sets out the terms of use for the services provided by Ocean View Cafe PUCA PUCA (“we” or “the Shop”) and the legal notice under the Specified Commercial Transactions Act. If an individual quotation, application form or notice from us states conditions different from these terms, those individual conditions shall prevail, unless otherwise provided by law.

1. Wedding Terms

(1) Facility fee and booking confirmation

The wedding facility fee (private rental fee) of ¥200,000 must be paid in advance by bank transfer.
Your booking is confirmed once we have confirmed receipt of the facility fee. If payment cannot be confirmed by the specified date, we may be unable to confirm your booking.

(2) Food & drink charges and additional fees

Food and drink charges and any other additional fees are payable on the day of your event.

(3) Cancellation by the customer

If you cancel for your own reasons after the booking is confirmed, the prepaid facility fee of ¥200,000 will be applied as a cancellation fee and will not be refunded.

(4) Typhoons, bad weather, transport cancellations, etc.

If typhoons, strong winds, transport cancellations or suspensions, or other circumstances make our operation or your visit difficult or dangerous, we will contact you.
Rescheduling, cancellation of the event and handling of the facility fee will be decided through mutual discussion, taking into account our operating status and transport conditions on the day.

2. BBQ Terms

(1) Venue and number of guests

• If you would like to use the garden, please let us know when booking. However, we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on conditions on the day.
• The 3rd-floor rooftop accommodates approximately 2 to 20 guests.
• For groups of 2 only, same-day bookings may be accepted depending on availability. Please call us for same-day bookings.

(2) Reception hours and duration

• BBQ reservations are available for 12:00 to 19:00.
• The venue may be used for 2 hours from your reserved start time.
• As a rule, reservations must be made by the day before.
• Bringing your own BBQ food or equipment is not permitted.

(3) Rain, typhoons, etc.

• In case of rain, we will guide you to the 2nd-floor terrace or the covered area on the 1st floor.
• Regular cancellation fees apply if you cancel because of rain.
• If we determine that operation is difficult or dangerous due to typhoons, strong winds or other bad weather, we may cancel your booking. In this case, no cancellation fee will be charged.

(4) Cancellation fees

The following cancellation fees apply to BBQ bookings:

• 2 days before and the day before: 50% of the booking fee
• On the day: 100% of the booking fee

Please be sure to cancel by phone (0980-88-7083). Cancellations by email are not accepted.

(5) Changes to group size or reservation time

• Even if the number of guests decreases after booking, you will be charged for the number of guests at the time of booking.
• Please contact us at least 3 hours before your reserved start time if the number of guests or the reservation time changes.
• Reservation times may only be changed within 30 minutes before or after the original time.
• Even if the reservation time is changed, the venue time slot remains 2 hours from the original start time.

(6) Bookings for 12 or more guests

For bookings of 12 or more guests, a deposit specified by us must be paid in advance by bank transfer. The booking process is as follows:

1. Check availability for your preferred date and time by phone or via our inquiry form.
2. We will send you an email with bank transfer details.
3. After transferring, please inform us of the transfer date and the name used for the transfer.
4. Your booking is confirmed once we have confirmed payment and sent a confirmation email.

If the number of guests decreases, fees for the reduced number cannot be refunded. The deposit on cancellation is handled according to the cancellation fee rules above.

3. Party Terms

For party bookings of 12 or more guests, a deposit specified by us must be paid in advance by bank transfer to confirm the booking. The booking is confirmed once we have confirmed payment.
The deposit amount, payment deadline, payment method for the balance, and conditions for changes and cancellations will be notified individually in a quotation, application form or notice from us.

4. Orders for “Edible” Olive Oil

(1) Payment method

Payment for “Edible” Olive Oil is cash on delivery. Please pay the total of the product price, shipping fee and COD fee to the delivery company upon receipt.

(2) Cancellations, returns and exchanges

Once an order is confirmed, we do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges for the customer’s convenience. Please check the product, quantity and delivery address before ordering.
However, if the product is defective, incorrectly delivered or damaged in transit, please contact us. After confirming the details, we will handle the return or exchange at our expense.
